PGF Learning Academy is a microschool launching in Montgomery, Alabama, in August 2026 for students in grades three through seven. Serving a cohort of twelve scholars aged nine to fourteen, the institution focuses on addressing foundational academic gaps in reading and core subjects. Mrs. Mottenon founded PGF Learning Academy after 22 years in education, including 12 years teaching and 10 years as a Parent Involvement Facilitator. She holds a Life Sciences degree from Indiana State University, a Master’s in Family Therapy, and certifications from Marian and Troy Universities.
